Director James Cameron was born in 1954 in Ontario, Canada, and made his mark in popularity with Titanic (1997), a new adaptation of the fateful disaster in 1912.

In addition to being the director of one of the highest grossing movies of all time, James has also merited 3 Oscar awards! And he's just getting started...

James becomes involved in his movies like no other director before him: he is a deep sea diver, producer, screenwriter, and editor, often using footage from his own exploration in his films. James may not wear much leather, but Titanic featured a series of my sensual shoulder high gloves in white and black for us to get our leather glove fix.

Celebrating stylish Canadians in leather: Ryan Reynolds

Actor Ryan Reynolds was born in 1976, and is known for a variety of film and television roles, including The Proposal, The Amityville Horror, Blade: Trinity, and Just Friends. And to top it all off, he looks great in leather gloves!

There are so many talented Canadian celebrities in Hollywood today that I felt it appropriate to celebrate leather in Canada by paying homage to our own home-grown talent. Whether it's leather gloves, pants, or accessories, Canadian celebrities love their leather!

Young actress Ellen Page was born in Canada in 1987 and started her career on Canadian-based sitcoms Pit Pony, Trailer Park Boys, and ReGenesis. And... she recently appeared on a late-night talk show wearing a pair of my sensual oh-la-la leg gloves!

You might also recognize Ellen from such Hollywood films as Juno (2007), Inception (2010), and X-Men: The Last Stand (2006).

Actress Drew Barrymore was in Toronto, Ontario, this past week to join the celebration of the Toronto International Film Festival. She chose to show a pair of gloves very similar to my fingerless half scoop gloves... whole fashion, but without the fingers.

You guessed it! My sensual shoulder high gloves in a variety of pretty colours have been lovingly wrapped in Ines-embossed paper and are currently on the way to Canada for a fashion shoot for FAVE magazine.

Small-town girl, big city, for the dress of her dreams...

I am so excited!! Tomorrow is the day that my fiance and I will set our wedding date! We are heading down to our possible venue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to meet with my fiance's aunt and the owner of the beautiful art gallery that may very well become the location of our dream wedding...

But first... a trip to Northbound Leather in the heart of Canada's fashion capital to begin the creation of my leather wedding dress!!

The beauty of the designers at Northbound is that they can take any leather outfit and create it in any colour. My wedding dress will be an ivory white, with lace accents at the bodice, but I need their creative genius to help me make the design in my head a true reality. The dress will say Northbound, but the sensual shoulder high gloves will be only Ines...

The film festival may be in Toronto, but it's not called "international" for nothing!

New York Knicks great Carmelo Anothony steps out with his leather-clad wife LaLa for the premiere of 12 Years a Slave at TIFF in Toronto this week.

Her forest green leather dress and caged Louboutin stilettos looked fabulous... however, might I suggest a fantastic pair of my fashion scoop half gloves in my haze to match the blueish hue of LaLa's shoes? These gloves are so versatile that they will preserve the elegance of the ensemble, while adding a little something special to the hands.

All you have to do is to check out her amazing theatrical show in Las Vegas to see beautiful stage costumes galore. Canadian songbird Nelly Furtado recently made an appearance on the Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based television music show Much on Demand. She wore a delightful, curve-hugging black leather skirt, which shows us that leather as a fashion is here to stay!

The only thing missing? A colourful pair of my fingerless half scoop leather gloves to complete Nelly's oh-so-fabulous leather ensemble.

Erin heads to the Toronto Star National Bridal Show!!

Well, I'm off to my very first bridal show and I'm so excited! I have the leather wedding dress, and now I need to work on putting the rest of the day together.

No matter what happens, Ines will be a part of our day, with my sensual almost elbow high gloves as a part of my wedding ensemble. Ines herself may be all the way in Amsterdam, but her creativity and luxurious leather has inspired our day. Beautiful!

One of Canada's top fashion magazines, Elle Canada, recently paid homage to the long leather glove by showing a pair of my elbow high leather gauntlet gloves. So rocker chic and oh-so-sensual!
