 ~ Oh, how I love Rudsak! This unique Canadian designer specializes in leather, leather, and more leather, and has a beautiful perspective on Canadian fashion. Their leather fashion for me, in particular, is wonderful to see. However, the only piece missing from this outfit is a pair of my man special glace gloves! 

 ~ Canadian design label Mackage is no stranger to leather fashion, and this season is no exception. Pair your leather pieces with my fashion scoop half gloves to add some colour and fashion exclusivity to your autumn ensemble!

Ines' 10 best compilations from Toronto Fashion Week: we love our leather!

Without fail, the creative genius behind Canadian label Mackage, Eran Elfassy and Elisha Dahan, always manage to include a generous amount of leather in their fashions. And this year was no exception... the collection is perfect for the fall/ winter season, with delicious blue-green plaid accented by smooth, soft, lambskin leather.

A perfect companion for my man cashmere gloves... warm for winter, elegant always.

Ines' 5 days of fashion at Toronto Fashion Week: Day Three

Day three of Toronto Fashion Week continued to show us some of the beautiful fashion trends that we can expect for fall 2014. Pink Tartan, Mackage, and other Canadian designers took centre stage in a flourish of fur, fabric, and of course... leather!

Design label Joe Fresh showed us some delightful photographic patterns to convey moods, emotions, and fashion. Woody landscapes, moons, and furry woodland creatures evoked a sense of mystique and adventure, while city skylines and vintage images created a unique elegance.

Mackage stole the runway with my fashion scoop half gloves and the latest fall trend... the crop top! Worried about baring your midriff as the weather cools?? Not to worry...  crop tops will soon be available in heavier knit fabrics and turtlenecks.

As we prepare for day four at Toronto Fashion Week, let's think more leather, fur, and fashion fun!!!

Ines spotlight on Canadian designers - Mackage

Canadian outerwear design label Mackage has exploded onto the Canadian fashion scene several years ago (in 2000) with some amazing new trends for keeping warm yet fashionable throughout Canada's winter months.

Canadian design team Eran Elfassy and Elisa Dahan are the minds behind the Mackage name. Their designs have appeared on many Hollywood celebrities too!

Mackage is constantly evolving to invent new and different ways to keep warm in winter. My favorite part is their judicious use of leather! Impossible to resist!

A warm wool coat with leather accents, black leather leggings, and a splash of red leather glove... reminiscent of Ines' my warm silk buckle gloves. Never be afraid to match a dark color with something bright and eye-catching!
