This season, the streets of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, have come alive with blue and white in support of our very own Toronto Blue Jays, as they work hard to bring the title of World Series Champions back to home soil.

I have to be honest... I am not a sports fan. I do not follow baseball (or hockey for that matter). However, there is something so alluring about seeing Canadians coming together for the love of the game.

Red carpet leather looks from the Much Music Video Awards

This year, thousands of people literally slept on the streets of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to be the first to purchase special wrist bands that guarantee their attendance at the Much Music Video Awards.

The red carpet was rolled out for musicians of all kinds and Ines leather made a splendid splash!

~ Singer Carly Rae Jepsen shows her soft pink, sweetheart side with a bubblegum pink baby doll dress and the glossy leather la clutch Ines. This trusty sidekick accessory will only be available for a limited time in the Ines Gloves' outlet shop. 

~ Cody Simpson strolls along the red carpet to the sounds of screaming fans, all loving his return to the glory days of Grease and John Travolta. The traditional skinny jeans, white T-shirt, and moto-style leather jacket a la 1950s would be perfectly paired with my man fingerless peccary driving gloves. 

~ Tori Kelly was no stranger to the leather side of things in a beautifully elegant little black dress with red and black leather accents. Elegant could certainly meet biker chic by adding a delightful pair of my fashion fingerless driving gloves!

Lorne Michaels (centre) is the creator of Saturday Night Live... and he is originally from Canada!

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he spent his early years working for the Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC), and he now boasts a 40-year run on SNL.

Lorne has given us comedy and magic for so many years, and comes across as an all-around nice man, who would look fantastic in a pair of my man special glace gloves!

New Year's Eve was a huge success in Canada, with parties rocking each province and territory. Both Toronto and beautiful Niagara Falls, Ontario, boasted huge celebrations with some very special guests, including Ines Gloves!

 ~ Canadian singer Lights took centre stage in the heart of Toronto, Ontario, to celebrate New Year's Eve with a pair of my where are my fingers gloves. 

 ~ Australian-born country singer Keith Urban headlined the New Year's Eve special in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and even invited a special guest to the stage... his wife, actress Nicole Kidman! Though he wasn't wearing leather gloves, Keith dressed up the stage in a beautiful leather jacket and fingerless gloves.  

Small-town girl, big city, for the dress of her dreams...

I am so excited!! Tomorrow is the day that my fiance and I will set our wedding date! We are heading down to our possible venue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to meet with my fiance's aunt and the owner of the beautiful art gallery that may very well become the location of our dream wedding...

But first... a trip to Northbound Leather in the heart of Canada's fashion capital to begin the creation of my leather wedding dress!!

The beauty of the designers at Northbound is that they can take any leather outfit and create it in any colour. My wedding dress will be an ivory white, with lace accents at the bodice, but I need their creative genius to help me make the design in my head a true reality. The dress will say Northbound, but the sensual shoulder high gloves will be only Ines...
